| Lynn Evoy Position: Director Lynn W. Evoy, a director of Chalice Diamond Corp. since March of 2009, has been involved with many companies on a variety of stock exchanges, serving as president, director and secretary since 1980. He is a pilot and was a Captain for Canadian Airlines, flying for over thirty three years until his retirement in 1999. He continues to work in the industry as a simulator instructor and in a number of other capacities. Mr. Evoy is also a director for Golden Chalice Resources, Klondike Silver Corp., Amador Gold Corp., and Abitibi Mining Corp. and continues to be interested and involved in the investing and mining industry. | |
