Leeson Property Acquired

Chalice Diamond Corp. (TSX-V: COD) is pleased to announce, subject to regulatory approval, the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Leeson Property, located in Leeson & Rennie Townships, Sault Ste. Marie Mining Division, approximately 85 km northeast of Wawa, Ontario. Consideration for the Property consists of $15,000 upon receipt of regulatory approval and 100,000 shares, payable within 30 days of regulatory approval. There is a 3% net smelter return payable, two-thirds of which (2%) may be purchased for $2,000,000. If the Optionee recovers a diamond in an outcrop that is over 0.25 carats in size during the sampling process, the Optionee shall make a one-time bonus payment to the Optionor in the amount of $100,000 and 200,000 common shares of the Optionee.

The property is accessible by road and is adjacent to the past producing Renabie gold mine. The Renabie Mine was the largest producing gold mine in the Michipicoten greenstone belt. The Company will complete a compilation of existing geological data to assess the potential for gold and diamonds. Ground geophysical and geochemical surveys will be used to identify potential targets for testing by trenching or drilling.

Chalice Diamond Commences Trading

Chalice Diamond Corp. (TSX-V: COD) is pleased to announce that its shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange effective November 27, 2007. The Company has 54,823,188 common shares issued and outstanding. The CUSIP number is 157557 10 9.

Chalice Diamond Corp. was created to showcase the diamond assets previously held by Golden Chalice Resources Inc. Under an arrangement between the two companies, shareholders of Golden Chalice Resources Inc. received one share of Chalice Diamond Corp. for every three shares of Golden Chalice Resources Inc. they owned.

Richard Hughes, Chairman of Chalice Diamond Corp. commented: "The Project has been moving forward throughout the stock exchange listing process and numerous targets have been identified for drilling, including kimberlitic dykes with indicator minerals categorized as being associated with macrodiamonds. We plan to commence drilling in the next couple of months and look forward to an exciting year for Chalice Diamond Corp."

Results of the summer work program will be released in due course. Results from caustic fusion analysis at SGS Laboratories earlier in the year confirmed the presence of 35 diamonds in one 8.4 kg sample taken southeast of Cliff Lake in central Corbiere Township. This project is 50% Chalice Diamond Corp. and 50% Amador Gold Corp. Five of the diamonds recovered met the industry accepted definition of a macrodiamond, with one dimension exceeding 0.5 mm. Four out of the five were retrieved from the 0.425 mm screen with the largest diamond measuring 0.86 mm. The grab sample retrieved was taken from conglomerates believed to be the same suite of northeasterly trending rocks as the diamond bearing Leadbetter Conglomerate on Dianor Resources Inc.'s Leadbetter Project in the adjacent Chabanel Township.

Mapping by Dr. Trygve Hoy, P.Geo., during the summer of 2006 confirmed the presence of sheared and weathered conglomerates in three separate locations on the Corbiere Township Property. An additional seven microdiamonds have been recovered from all three sites and one diamond was recovered from a site in Esquega Township which is a joint venture partnership with Klondike Gold Corp. Given the small sample size, Chalice Diamond Corp. and its joint venture partners are encouraged by the preliminary test results from these areas.

The Ontario Geological Survey geological map indicates that the sedimentary unit hosting the diamond bearing conglomerate has a strike length of at least three kilometres on the Chalice Diamond Property.
